Performance Marketing Specialist
The performance marketing specialist works with clients and manages client campaigns. This requires a strong understanding of online marketing best practices, consumer behavior, and trends in the vertical markets and the ability to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Work with ClickMode clients to understand their objectives and communicate campaign progress
• Develop media plans for clients
• Track, analyze and optimize client campaigns
• Design cross-channel marketing campaigns
• Develop insightful recommendations and present findings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or marketing
• Minimum 5 years of online marketing experience, candidates with proven success in performance marketing experience preferred
• Experience working with clients and managing projects
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to communicate findings and recommendations
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
